A roundtable discussion on “We are against popular culture” was held at the Faculty of Business Administration and Information Technology of Kattakurgan branch of Samarkand State University.
The event was attended by Deputy Dean for Youth Spiritual and Educational Affairs A. Jabborov, teacher of “Information Technology” N. Umarov, tutor M. Ashurov and students.
Speakers at the event informed the students about the origins of popular culture, its roots, its negative consequences and the fact that today young people are exposed to popular culture.
The roundtable was held in the form of a discussion and listened to the interests of students and their views on popular culture.
