Azizuddin Khan, Professor of the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai and Dr. Tabassum Qazi, Researcher of the Indian Social Sciences Research Council, visited the Kattakurgan Branch of Samarkand State University and conducted a seminar on “Modern Problems of Psychology”. information was provided on its specific features, the organization of independent study of students, the Indian experience on the problems of modern approaches to the assessment of student knowledge, and a debate on issues of interest to students.
The guests were welcomed by the director of the branch Sherzod Urakov. During the talks, the sides exchanged views on further development of bilateral friendly relations.
Students of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Language Teaching spoke with our guests in pure English and received answers to their questions.
During the meeting, a number of agreements were reached on expanding cooperation with Indian guests, as well as developing the higher education system.
