  1. Organization of work of the department and its employees;

Verification and execution of all personal T-2 forms for accounting of faculty and staff, control over the granting of vacations to all employees of the branch on the basis of the approved vacation schedule, work with reserve personnel, preparation of annual and monthly reports ‘to provide and implement the submission on time ;
  13. MY.MEHNAT.UZ – work with the database of employees working in the organization in the National Electronic Labor System;

  15. formation of information about higher educational institutions, a list of faculties, departments and departments associated with the ISIS menu “structure of higher educational institutions”;
  16. Formation of a personnel base, a list of faculty and employees associated with the menu “Employees” of HEMIS is.;
  17. Confirmation of diploma information of graduates, printing of diplomas with a QR code and handing them over to students;
  18. Ensuring the preparation and submission to the labor authorities and higher organizations in the prescribed manner of reports on the activities of the personnel department;
  19. Selection of talented young masters for vacant positions, inclusion in the personnel reserve and submission of proposals to the director of employment.
